Guardians Win the Benelux Clash Open Qualifier

Our CS2 roster is heading to the Benelux Clash Open #2 LAN finals, and they earned it the hard way, by winning the qualifier outright.

After a bye into the semi-finals, the Guardians swept Vindices 2–0. The first map was a statement, PlagueBoy carrying with 21 kills and a 120.5 ADR to take MVP in a 13–7 win. The second was even better theatre: down 7–0 after a brutal opening half, the squad answered with an 8–0 run to flip the map and close it out 13–7, led by zwizu and Zuenny.

The grand final against domiNatus went all three maps. The Guardians drew first blood on Nuke, taking it 13–8 behind another MVP showing from PlagueBoy, 25 kills at 116 ADR. domiNatus hit straight back on Inferno, running away with it 13–4 to force a decider. But Dust 2 belonged to zwizu: 29 kills, a 2.23 K/D and 119.6 ADR to drag the Guardians over the line 13–11, sealing the series 2–1 and the qualifier title.

Two players, two moments, PlagueBoy setting the tone across the run and zwizu closing it out when it counted. Well played to Vindices and domiNatus, and on to the LAN finals.
